This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need, like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, tv, and a seasonal outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me return my forgotten earpods. I recommend visiting the nearby local restaurants for delicious meals. I'm coming back for a xmas.

Nice location in the historical center of Sorrento, close to shops and restaurants, in a pedestrian street. The orange tree internal garden, sunny and calm for a perfect breakfast far from the city stress. Original Vietri tiles (ceramics) in the rooms and corridors for a touch of local art - yet the hotel is not a 4 stars, hardly a 3 one. Close to station and all the city attractions. Kind staff: Valentina in the breakfast room, one of the reception guys more helpful with interesting indications for food (good restaurant St Antonino at the top of the street).
Smaller than stated room size (a double for 9 m2 at 120€ anyway) Very bad insonorisation of rooms (no sound proof at all) - so we heard ALL the neighbours'moves and biological sounds as if they were in the same room. Same for canalisation & toilet flush- a super noisy antique system (5 minutes to refill, with huge noise in the middle of the night), plus the climatisation system starting to turn by itself at 5 am!! Not easy to relax Alll in all what a pitty! ...This hotel could have been so nice otherwise... the internal noise issue is very disqualifying - this is hardly a 3 stars hotel - please do something on this at least for the next guests!

It has perfect location, near the marinas and ferry port, the shopping/restaurant in Sorrento in a pedestrian area and the cocktail bar. For lunch or dinner go to Bellevue Syrene, located a short walk from the hotel.

Brilliant base for 4 nights with always pleasant and exceptionally nice staff who covers the reception desk. Unbeatable and excellent location not very far from Corso Italia.

missingWrote a review on 01 Novsmall roominconsistent breakfast
Upon arrival, the room was much smaller than expected and felt cramped. Despite requesting a larger space, the noise levels remained unbearable, especially at night with commotion from the hallways. The breakfast service was a complete disaster, with items disappearing quickly and staff unable to keep up with replacing them.

Diving into Sorrento's culinary scene was a treat! Nearby, I devoured fresh pasta at Ristorante Pizzeria Da Gigino, and the seafood at Blu Water Restaurant was to die for! The hotel's small pool seemed like a splash of joy amid the hustle. A lovely garden? Yes, please, for those peaceful moments of chill.
Breakfast was a bit of a circus! Items vanished in a flash, and the coffee machine seemed to have a mind of its own. Not to mention, Room 102 was just a hop away from all the noise. A little professionalism would go a long way.

It was a good match for a weekend trip in Sorrento at a reasonable price. The staff were always helpful, particularly when we requested access to the nearby pool at the Ascot Hotel after finding the one here too small. Check out El Borgo for fantastic local food just around the corner.

Cozy spot with great staff!
They made mornings nice, even if the breakfast options were kinda basic. The bar was never open, a bit of a letdown after long days exploring. The room was simple but clean, just missing some warm vibes.

great location but not much else
The location is ideal, placing you in the heart of the area with easy access to local attractions. The small pool provided a refreshing break during hot afternoons, and the garden was a tranquil spot to unwind with a book. I loved trying the fresh pasta at a nearby restaurant, made for a good dinner.
The breakfast experience was a bit chaotic.
